We need to do this. We need to change the trajectory America is on. The fight is binary. We either do this or we lose to China. Second place is extinction.

There will be very different rules depending on who wins.

China is closing fast, with government-directed capital flowing at a pace America’s market-driven model wasn’t built to match.

This is about preserving and resurrecting what made America great - good education, health, work ethic, character, prosperity and family. We are currently failing on all of these fronts.

Who will the world want to follow?

This “operating system” is the combination of marrying the right technology with the right people and systems. It will only be effective if the people use it.

Therefore we need to win their attention in this very competitive “attention economy” - and keep it. We all live in this “attention economy” and unfortunately, most of us are losing.

The good news is we know how to win. We’ve been working on this platform for the past decade and have proven how this Operating System can become the platform that brings America back to its glory days.

We know how to get 20 million K-12 students and their families onto the Heroic platform - the solution to our country’s education and health issues.

Starting with the Heroic backpack and laptop, this is where they will engage in movies (imagine Netflix where you become a part of the movie creation process), become a creator (this is like a Youtube for families), become a gamer (this is like Roblox or Minecraft for good), and lastly, this is where you become a great influencer (think social media for good).

HOW WE GET AND KEEP THE FAMILY'S ATTENTION

Heroic Backpack and Laptop: Each participating and funded student will receive a Heroic backpack with the Heroic Laptop, Heroic Journal and the Heroic Farms Game’n Grow system for the home. The laptop will be one of the Heroic Chromebook devices and will become the student’s after 3 years if they hit their learning goals each year. Students will view that laptop as their own property from the start and take care of it accordingly.

Ownership: We create a tokenized company in 34 geographic areas of around 10 million people. Each company will end up being majority owned by the kids who we’re teaching (non-voting tokens). All of our kids that play the game and learn the critical life-skills of success, get a minimum number of tokens in this tokenized company. Those that excel get even more tokens. Not only does this model leverage the impact of ownership, but it also allows us to follow the Mr Beast model of offering “money” to those that win competitions. While not on the same level as Mr Beast’s cash prizes, we are still able to benefit greatly from the principle.

Movie Insider: From our first experiences a few years ago with Walden Media, we saw how the kids and their families responded to being an "insider" to the production and distribution of the movies. Movies are a part of American culture and now we're able to bring families into the inside track of how movies are created and distributed to the general public. Both the family and the movie benefit from this new way of engaging with the movie.

Youtube Creator: - Kids love to create - they are natural creators. The Heroic platform delivers the same creative experience as a YouTube, but safe and secure. Families will learn how to create content in this new world of AI and other tools.

Gamer: - kids (and even some adults) love gaming. Our Heroic gaming platform is a great environment for learning life-skills and connecting with other kids and families and forming productive communities.

Influencer:- As the families are learning the life-skills, the kids are given tools and training on how to influence peers and the adults around them. Each child can become a great influencer on the health, education, laws and capital of those around them.

THE DISTRIBUTION & REVENUE - 20 million families and $12B/yr revenue

We use tech, devices and ownership and many other things to stand out in the noisy crowd. We partner with orgs and use distribution channels like schools and Drs that get us on the front lines of “attention”. It sounds very easy to say "we'll distribute through schools", but this channel is full of obstacles and gatekeepers. Over the years we have developed a system that not only bypasses the gatekeepers to get to the kids, but can do it in a scalable manner.

We teach kids to become the smartest, healthiest, hardest-working and most character-driven kids on the planet, then use that leverage to help them influence the adults that surround them.

This is how we get to millions of families across America.

There are two different types of kids that we're getting funding for:

1. Kids with chronic disease conditions that have a billable health code. There are about 20% of the 50 million K-12 kids who fit into this category. We are able to create content in the Heroic game that will help those kids, their families and the community around them to better manage their condition and decrease the costs to the community and healthcare system. We have gone through this process with Type 1 Diabetic kids and can generate about $50/month for the whole family. If we have 10 million of those kids at $600/yr, that is about $6B/yr in revenue,

2. Title 1 kids - there are about 20 million Title 1 students and about $18B/yr in the Title 1 fund to help those kids progress. There's currently no data showing these funds are helping those kids, so the bar is very low for alternative programs that actually deliver results. If we serve 50% of those students at the same $600/yr level, that will be an additional $6B/yr in revenue and only take 1/3 of the Title 1 budget, and deliver exponentially more results. We already have this data and now its just a matter of getting the lawmakers in DC to allocate this funding.

This is a massive revenue number. While we are confident its doable, we're not able to put a specific timeline on it as it involves advocacy and lawmakers to allocate funds. We're already approved to bill for the Medicare funding, but not yet for the Title 1 funding. This could take a few years to scale up.
